Surya has a southern vibe, more laid back than Arkadia. Where Arkadia is build on permafrost, Surya is build on sunbaked regolith, in the large Nicholson crater, that stands exactly on the Martian equator. It lacks the history of Arkadia, but compensates this with bold experiments such as the orbital solar mirrors and the gigantic tent type pf construction, a first tentative step in Martian terraformation.
