Whether you are picking up singing for the first time or preparing for a college audition, lessons at Foth Music Studio are built around you.
Every student who walks through the door gets a lesson plan tailored to their goals, their experience level, and the music they love. Some students come in knowing exactly what they want to work on. Others are not sure yet, and that is completely fine. We will figure it out together.
Lessons are held at the studio in Hortonville or virtually. New students are welcome to start with a discounted introductory lesson before committing to a regular schedule.
Singing is something anyone can improve with the right instruction and consistent practice. Whether your goal is to feel more confident on stage, land a role in a musical, prepare for a college audition, or simply find out what your voice is capable of, voice lessons will get you there.
Lessons cover the full range of vocal technique: breathing, posture, tone production, vowel placement, phrasing, diction, and range extension. Repertoire spans every style, including classical and art song, musical theatre, pop and contemporary, and vocal jazz. I have coached singers several languages including: Italian, French, German, Latin, and English.
Voice lessons are available to students of all ages and all experience levels, from young beginners to working adults. If you have ever wanted to sing, you belong here.

Piano is one of the most useful instruments a musician can learn, regardless of what else they study. Reading music, understanding harmony, and developing ear training all come more naturally once you have some keyboard experience under your belt.
Beginning piano lessons are designed for students who are new to the instrument or who have very limited prior experience. Lessons focus on proper technique from the start, music reading, basic theory, and building repertoire that students actually enjoy playing.

Strong music theory skills open doors. Students planning to audition for college music programs, take the AP Music Theory exam, or simply understand the music they perform at a deeper level will find these lessons invaluable.
I have taught music theory at the high school level for years, including a course closely aligned with the AP Music Theory curriculum. Theory lessons are designed around each student's goals and current level, covering music reading, ear training, sight singing, harmony, and aural skills. Whether you are starting from scratch, filling in gaps before an audition, or working through college level theory course, we will build a solid foundation.
