HASSLE-FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want satisfied customers that leave us glowing reviews. If that means a product doesn't work for your

child, that's okay! You will receive a prompt refund (minus return shipping charges) if returns in new, un-

assembled condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

We want satisfied customers and do not want you to bear loss due to defective parts or damages in transit.

Please email us and it will be replaced within 30 days of purchase.

If product has been assembled or the product is not in its original packaging (including all parts bags),

appropriate charges will be charged.

number along with full description of claim.

WARRANTY POLICY

We offer one year warranty against defects in material and workmanship as specified in the following terms.

The warranty shall extend to the following parts of bikes which are purchased fully/partially assembled:

frames, forks (meaning forks without suspension), handlebars and handlebar stems.

The term of Warranty runs from the date of purchase of the product.

Any damage or failure caused by improper use, of the frame or bike, which would not constitute normal use

is excluded from Warranty.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Company will always strive to avoid any delays in production or shipping, however, Shipment and delivery

dates are based upon estimates provided by Company's shipment supplier(s). Company will not be

responsible for delays in shipments due to shipping company delays, customs issues, weather conditions or

any other circumstances beyond Company's or supplier(s) control.

Upon your email we will follow up with our shipment supplier(s) and will strive to ensure that delivery

schedules are met.

Looking for the parts ! Wheel, Seat or clamp ! Most of the parts are available online. If you can't find what you are looking for then please email us, we will help you where we can. We can provide parts at manufacturer price (minimal price) and ship to your address.
