Wont my kid fall down without training wheel?

No, kids feet touches to the ground due to its lowest height and with feet touching on ground it is not possible to fall down. So don’t worry!

What age is best for a balance bike?

Children can start riding balance bikes when they're around 18-months to two years old, and little ones up to five years can enjoy them.

Can I adjust height of Bike?

Yes you can adjust the height of the Bike. Just un-tighten the clamp, adjust height and tighten again. We could have provided Quick release clamp but we observed that, its long arm can hurt the kids and hence we are using clamp which does not have any protruding part which can hurt kids.

Do you need a helmet for a balance bike?

Cycle helmets are an essential item when children riding a Balance Bike, ensuring you keep their heads protected and safe. We recommend to wear helmets no matter how short the journey is.

Are wooden balance bikes better than metal?

No, it does not matter wooden or metal, as fundamentally balance bike are same. Metal bikes will be durable and less expensive compared to wooden bike. So it will be about preference and choice of buyer.

Why it does not have brakes? How my kid will stop it without brake?

Opinions differ regarding requirement of brakes. but it is agreed that children of 2-5 age group often fail to apply brakes when required. Instead, fastest and natural response child can give in event of over speeding is rubbing feet on the ground to stop the vehicle. In balance bike it is possible as riders feet can touch ground due to low seat height. Stopping action by rubbing feet on ground is more effective and stable as child do not lose control due to excessive force on one side. It is observed that, adults too tend to rub their feet on ground to stop the vehicle in sudden requirement, and most of the time it happened naturally.

Why training wheel is not there?

Training wheels may encourage the rider to learn some behavior which later must be unlearned. Second, presence of training wheel put sever restriction on the turning and speed taking away all bicycle riding fun. After certain period training wheel wobble or one side inclination takes away the confidence of child to drive it independently. Balance bikes allow the child to drop their feet to the ground when they feel they are losing balance, quickly steadying themselves and preventing a fall.

Without training wheel, wont my child fall down?

Parents often worried about falling down while riding the bike but balance bikes low seat height makes rider to keep his feet down till he get comfortable with the two wheel concept. You will notice that, Initially child walk along the bike till he get hang of it and later slowly push the bike while sitting and finally push hard and lift legs in air for a moment or more time and enjoy gliding experience.

Is there any restriction on rider weight?

Yes, there is restriction on rider weight. To make it ultra light weight the cycle is designed considering 30 kg as maximum weight of child of 2-5 age group. To avoid any damage to frame it recommended that rider weight should not be more than 30 kg.

Why side stand is not there?

While propelling balance bike, legs goes behind along the line of bike and placing stand anywhere along that line will lead to bruises or cut to the legs of your little one. Hence side-stand is not part of design. Also kids learn how to lean bike on wall or they simply left on the ground.

Why are balance bikes so awesome?

With a balance bicycle, the rider learns balance first, pedal last. In contrast, with a normal bicycle fitted with training wheels, the rider learns pedal first, balance last. What is reason behind success of balance bikes?
