If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
Forwdly allows users to create rules that automatically forward incoming SMS messages to destinations selected by the user.
Supported destinations may include:
SMS
Slack
Microsoft Teams
Discord
The App relies on Apple Shortcuts, App Intents, and other Apple system features to perform forwarding.
You agree that you will:
Use the App only for lawful purposes.
Only forward messages that you are legally permitted to forward.
Comply with all applicable privacy and telecommunications laws.
Keep your forwarding destinations under your control.
You are solely responsible for any messages forwarded using your configured rules.
Some forwarding methods depend on third-party services.
These include but are not limited to:
Apple Messages
Slack
Microsoft Teams
Discord
Availability, functionality, and delivery of these services are outside our control.
Forwdly attempts to forward messages according to your configured rules.
However, message delivery cannot be guaranteed because it depends on:
Apple system automation
Network connectivity
Carrier availability
Third-party services
Device settings
User permissions
We are not responsible for delayed, failed, or incomplete message delivery.
You are responsible for:
Creating forwarding rules
Maintaining webhook URLs
Managing Apple Shortcuts and Message Automation
Verifying that forwarding works as expected
You agree not to use Forwdly to:
Send spam.
Harass or threaten others.
Distribute illegal content.
Violate another person’s privacy.
Circumvent laws or carrier policies.
Interfere with the operation of the App.
All rights, title, and interest in the App remain the property of its developer.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, modify, or resell the App except where permitted by applicable law.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
Lost messages
Missed notifications
Business interruption
Data loss
Indirect or consequential damages
Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and disabling any associated Apple Shortcuts or Message Automation.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time.
