Building rentals do not include use of the pool.
CLUB BUILDING USES
Club sponsored events have priority over other uses.
Rental of the buildings(s) is primarily for the use of Club Members for private parties or celebrations.
The Member renting the building(s) is responsible for the event and must ensure that Club property and equipment is safeguarded. The Member renting the building(s) must be present at the event for which the building(s) is being rented.The Board of Directors has established fees for rental of the building(s) as follows:
Friendship Hall when rented by a Member for a personal private party such as birthday party, anniversary, or family reunion is $60.00 if rented between April 1 and September 30 and $40.00 if rented between October 1 and March 31.
Friendship Hall when rented by a Member for an event other than a private party or a fee is charged to attend is $80.00 and Murphy Hall is $40.00.
