The Club is asking members to follow the guidelines recommended by the Arizona Department of Health Services and the CDC when using the swimming pool. Please stay home if you are sick, maintain physical distancing while in the pool and the social area, and shower before and after using the pool.
Pool Hours are 6:00 am to 9:00 pm
GENERAL POOL ACTIVITIES:
6:00 am Aerobics Class, Monday thru Saturday
7:00 am Aerobics Class, Monday thru Saturday
8:00 am Aerobics Class, Monday thru Saturday
9 am - 11 am Lap Swimming, every day
11 am - 9 pm Open Swimming, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
Noon - 9 pm Open Swimming, Monday, Wednesday, Friday
(Pool Maintenance 11 am to Noon on Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Guests of Members:
First Visit = Guest
Second Visit = Friend
Third Visit = Member
Guests are welcome, however members may not bring the same guest more than three times in one year.
Exceptions to the Guest Rule include guests in the homes or on the property of members on a short term basis.
Members & Guests must be signed in.
POOL USE RULES
The FPCC pool is for the use of members and guests only. The Board recognizes that different members may wish to use the pool in different ways. When conflicts arise, members are expected to be respectful and courteous in reaching an agreement wherein all members may use the pool for any permitted purpose. When members are unable to do this, conflicts must be brought to the attention of the Board of Directors for resolution.
Guests are welcome in the pool; however, members may not bring the same guest(s) more than three times in one year. The policy is “on visit number 1, the guest is a guest; on visit number 2, the guest is a friend; on visit number 3, the guest is expected to apply for membership in the Club. Requests for exceptions must be approved by the Board of Directors as shown in the General Rules (FPCC Form 2).
Members are responsible for the conduct of guests while they are on Club property and agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Club, its officers and directors from any claim or demand, including attorney’s fees arising out of member’s or guest’s breach of this agreement.
All members must sign the sign in log indicating their names and key card numbers, as well as the number of guests accompanying them for the total number of people using the pool. This information will allow the Board of Directors to track Club usage. There will be no more than three (3) guests per membership per visit allowed.
Minor guests and members under the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times by the adult host member. Parents of all children who accidentally defecate in the pool, or throw up in the pool will bear the financial responsibility of cleanup of the pool. This includes draining of the pool in accordance with the health code of Arizona Dept. of Health. This will also include adult members and their adult guests.
No glass containers, food or drink are permitted past the safety fence by the pool. No inflatable tubes or toys are allowed in the pool if others are swimming.
Rinsing is MANDATORY before entering the pool. The shower is for RINSING ONLY, NOT BATHING
or SHAMPOOING. Do not apply suntan lotions or oils before entering the pool. These items damage the pool equipment.
Do not enter the pool with a cold, skin or body infection, open wound, diarrhea or any other contagious condition. If incontinent, wear tight fitting rubber or plastic pants or a swim diaper.
No lifeguard is available. Do not swim alone. Pool use is at your own risk.
Common sense and courtesy are to be used at all times.
Organized exercise times are set from 6:00 through 9:00 a.m. Lap swimming is permitted from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. All other times are open swimming, during which no group exercises are permitted. Running, jumping, or diving into the pool is NEVER permitted.
Any violation of posted rules may be cause for dismissal from the Club.
