About FOR THIS PURPOSE

WHY FOR THIS PURPOSE WAS STARTED: For This Purpose was founded to help parents and families protect children from predatory harm, respond to family crises, and connect to trusted support when a child or household is in trouble. From that mission, the organization grew into a broader support system for families and children—offering referrals, resources, practical support, and pathways to education and long-term success.

OUR BE- STEM PROGRAM: BE-STEM is the education and opportunity arm of For This Purpose, created to bridge gaps in learning and access by helping minorities and children become future engineers, innovators, and creators through science, technology, engineering, arts, and math.
