By registering for and attending this event you hereby agree to the following code of conduct.
Behavior
Conduct: Conduct yourself in a manner that will honor God, respect others, and respect the venue property. Refrain from using vulgar language and engaging in heated conversations. Use self-control in your words and actions.
Punctuality: Arrive on time. Being late can be disruptive and is considered disrespectful.
Respect: Show respect to all attendees, including peers, chaperones, and event staff. Use polite language and manners.
Table Manners: Follow basic table etiquette, such as using utensils properly, not talking with your mouth full, and waiting for everyone to be served before eating.
Conversation: Engage in polite and inclusive conversation. Avoid inappropriate topics.
Dancing: Dance appropriately and respect personal space. Avoid any behavior that could be considered inappropriate or offensive.
Gratitude: Remember to thank the hosts and anyone who has helped organize the event. A simple “thank you” goes a long way.
PDA: Keep hugging fun, friendly, and appropriate. Romantic displays of affection are not acceptable at this event.
General Conduct
Alcohol and Substances: Do not consume alcohol or any illegal substances.
Technology: Limit the use of phones and other devices. Focus on interacting with those around you.
Cleanliness: Keep the venue clean. Dispose of trash properly and avoid causing any damage.
Social Media: Be mindful of what you post on social media during the event. Avoid sharing anything that could be embarrassing or inappropriate.
Conflict Resolution: If any disagreements arise, handle them calmly and respectfully. Seek help from an adult if necessary.
Health: If you have any allergies or medical conditions, inform the event organizers in advance and carry any necessary medications.
Agreement
I agree that I have read the dress code and that I will abide by it.
I understand that my parents and I will be liable for any damage I cause to the venue property or injury that I cause to another attendee, volunteer, or staff.
I agree to follow the directions of the Event Staff, Event Coordinator, and Volunteers.
I Understand that if I violate this Code of Conduct or the Dress Code the Event Coordinator can remove me from the event. In the event this occurs my parents/guardians will be called.
I understand that if I bring any of the following Prohibitive items I will immediately be removed from the event, my parents/guardians will be called, and law enforcement may be called. Prohibited items include firearms, knives, and any other objects that could be used as weapons; Fireworks, flares, and other explosive materials; alcohol, and drugs or other substances that are illegal.
