Our Mission:
Forest City Community Land Trust (FCCLT) is a member-run organization that promotes affordable homes, accessible commons, and ecologically sound development by facilitating democratic control over land and land use in Cleveland Heights.
Our areas of focus:
Community empowerment is central to our mission. Learn more here about past and future community events.
We support community members in attaining and maintaining housing through perpetually affordable homeownership or quality affordable rent.
Our programming will involve democratic control over the Commons, including land and other community resources.
