Dec 15, 2022: The founders presented their research on Period Poverty in our AP Seminar class. This was after months of research and building their passion for advocating for free menstrual products.
This was their first step to For Her Flow and their dedication to solving period poverty.
After proposing their AP Seminar presentation advocating for free menstrual products in 2022, they decided to take action. The founders hosted their first menstrual product drive at their local high school and collected a total of 800 products in January of 2023. After dropping these products off at the Community Food Bank of New Jersey in February of 2023, they felt proud knowing that they were able to make an impact on other females' lives.
