Mission Statement

For Her Flow is a non-profit project that is committed to eradicating period poverty in areas within NJ/NY by providing essential menstrual products to low-income women and women's shelters. Originally founded by passionate high school students, we hope to continue eliminating barriers to menstrual hygiene essentials, promoting dignity, and empowering women in our community. Through diverse fundraisers like GoFundMe and organized events, we aim to create monthly care packages, ensuring consistent support for low-income women.
