Mission Statement

For Her Flow is a non-profit project that is committed to eradicating period poverty in the NJ/NY area by providing essential menstrual products to low-income women and women's shelters. Founded by passionate high school students inspired by their AP Seminar research advocating for free menstrual products, we aim to eliminate barriers to menstrual hygiene essentials, promote dignity, and empower women in our community. Through diverse fundraisings like GoFundMe, Mogufiy bracelets, and organized events, we aim to create monthly care packages, ensuring consistent support for low-income women. Our mission extends beyond providing products; we strive to host various events to combat period poverty and champion equality for all.
