FooSarr was originally created with the goal of amending aspects of videos games and media that I believed was poorly handled. Naively, I thought I knew better than professionals in their field, despite having no experience of my own. Despite this, I believed in my ideas and thought they were positively impactful and had hoped they would inspire change for the better.
After building some traction on YouTube, I was contacted by known influential figures for encouragement, advice and collaboration. This compounded my belief that my ideas were worth sharing, and since then have worked to produce concepts that would inspire game developers, moddders and other enthusiasts.
My philosophy for content creation is simple. If I think it's worth sharing, I will, and if not, I won't. YouTube is such an over saturated market to break into and I discovered early on that posting for the sake of 'pleasing the algorithm' was mentally taxing and not worth the effort as it resulted in low effort content. Since then, I've made a decision to scrap a lot of my ideas I originally had for the sake of favouring quality over quantity. The inverse of YouTube's ideal upload style.
As of writing, I have accumulated 580~ subscribers and as such, I've got no idea how this choice will impact me moving forwards. But my core belief of keeping true to myself and my plan for the channel is important to me, and I don't want to dilute that because it's what everyone else does.
