Go to Settings

Go to 'edit teams'

Select 'club transfers'

Select the player's current club

Select the desired player

Select country/region

Select league

Select new club

Save changes and exit 

Go to Settings

Go to 'edit real players'

Select 'male player'

Select appropriate country/region

Select appropriate league

Select appropriate team

Select desired player

Switch to 'athletic'

Switch to attributes

Make appropriate adjustments to make a +2 overall to your upgraded player

Save and exit

Open Pixlr with your map 

Identify the region which will require changing

Select the 'picker' tool -- Tools bar on the left hand side of screen, Picker is second from bottom on the right

Using 'picker', left click on the team's region colour

Select the 'fill' tool -- tools bar on the left hand side of screen, fill is fourth from bottom on the left

Using 'flll' tool, click on the land to be changed colour

Select 'pen' tool -- tools bar on left hand side of screen, pen is sixth from bottom on the left

Using pen tool, colour the black boarder in with the region colour to make it blend in!
