Make a selection of which countries/league you'd like to use. For example purposes, we'll use the 2024/25 Premier League teams as a selection.
2. Find/create the map of choice, with teams plotted in their correct regions, for example, this is the Premier League example
3. You should load the relevant wheels for team selector wheel, compass arrow wheel and position upgrade wheel. You can find these relevant links within the pages of each nation/league you're interested in doing
4. You could also make a notes section to track the player upgrades, top goal scorers, players who move clubs, imperialization scores, order of imperialization. This is completely optional and you can find an template & example on the Stats template pages: Click Here
5. Go into Kick off on FC 25 and SWITCH OFF Live squads, to be able to apply transfers
Make sure you have read prep and completed
Load your 'Team Selector Wheel' and spin the wheel and find your selected team - To find all Wheels: Go to the relevant map page and scroll to maps
Move to the 'Compass Arrow Wheel' and spin the wheel to find the direction - If your arrow points into the sea with no land clearly close, re-spin the compass
Once you find these two, locate the team on the map, and use the arrow to find the region they will move into.
You will face one of two options: if you move into another team's region, please see 5.1. If you move into a white region, please see 5.2
You have moved with X team into Y team's region, you have a Contest! Here is the correct way to setup the match! Home team is the defending team (who's region was moved into) with the Away team the side who were selected on the wheel and made the move.
5.1.1 - Example: You landed on Arsenal and moved North East into Tottenham Hotspur's region. Home Team will be the Defenders (Tottenham Hotspur) with the Challengers (Arsenal)
5.1.2 - Arsenal and Tottenham will play against each other, the winning team will take the the loser's BEST player (and any other stolen players from the losing team) and their region on the map, plus any gained regions from that team
Here is the Map changes made:
Our scenario will be Nottingham Forest attacking Leicester City, with Nottingham Forest winning 1-0, Forest gain Hermansen, Ndidi and Vardy from Leicester City. Please see Tutorials to learn how to transfer a player and how to change a map region: Click Here
Please see below the changes
Nottingham Forest are selected with their compass wheel against Leicester City!
Nottingham Forest imperialize Leicester City, gaining Hermansen, Ndidi and Vardy and their region on the map
The bottom photograph is the land gained from Nottingham Forest.

So, you spun a team and the compass deducted they move into a white region. This means this region is unowned and faces no contest for it's position. This benefits the moving team with a +2 upgrade on their best player for their first land claim, then from the second onwards, the player must spin a 'position wheel' to decide the upgrade.
First land claim for all teams = Highest rated player gets a +2 upgrade, if multiple players share the top rating, they ALL get the upgrade. For example, let's say Ipswich Town's Liam Delap and Leif Davis share a 79 rating, for the first land claim, both Delap + Davis receive +2's.
Second spin and beyond: You spin a wheel to determine a position and assign the upgrade to the highest rated in the position selected by the wheel.
-> If you are with a team like Man Utd / West Ham, who have back 3 formations, and they land LB/RB, LW/RW for example, you reroll to get a position that is in their system.
-> If you spin a position and 2 players share highest rating, for example: Schar and Botman or Bruno G + Tonali of Newcastle, both receive +2 again

6. Repeat the spins and see 5.1/5.2 as and when they apply per go. You can continue until you have a winner.
