This module “ESSEN RIVESTA” is a complete magazine that gives the current updates of the food industry. With lot of efforts it has been brought into its full shape which consists of information like food news, facts, emerging technologies and heights of entrepreneurship in the food industry. The awaited inauguration of “ESSEN RIVESTA” was organized on 16^th October 2014 as a part of “WORLD FOOD DAY’14”.The e-magazine was released in TNAU Agritech Portal with the guidance of our Honorable Vice Chancellor, in his chamber along with his crew, The Dean Engg., Controller of Examinations, Head of Food and Agricultural Process Engineering and Professor in-charge.

We have taken an opportunity to present this small magazine entitled as “ESSEN RIVESTA” to the people as they can enhance their knowledge about food in a most concise, compact to the point and lucid manner. We assure that this exclusive magazine for food will be out of box kind.
