Meet Lisa Knutson, owner of an organic ranch nestled in the Santa Ana Valley. She is known for her pasture-raised chickens and eggs. Pasture raised eggs and meats are healthier and taste better, and a farmer like Lisa makes them even a little bit more special with her great care and compassion.
She also raises Boar and Cashmere goats for meat and Nigerian Dwarf Dairy goats for decadent cheeses, with the plan to open a creamery in the future.
HOW TO ORDER: You can find Lisa’s fabulous eggs, meats, and cheese at the Mountain View Farmer’s Market on Sundays. She’s currently out of stock for any pickups, but stay tuned for future opportunities to purchase.
Lisa Knutson from Pasture Chick Ranch will partnering with Becky Herbert from Farmhouse Cafe to bring eggs, chicken, and goat meat to the community from Pasture Chick Ranch. They are offering pick-ups now.
