Expert Consultation on OER Policy with USIM 2016 – I was invited to as an OER Expert Practitioner to formulate and prepare a draft entitle “National OER Policy for Malaysia”. Through my direct involvement, UMS is represented as a collaborative partner in this development. This workshop to prepare the draft on OER Policy for Malaysian Ministry of Education and Higher Education was conducted at Sama Sama Hotel, KLIA KL. (24 – 25 Nov. 2016)
UNESCO OER Declaration 2017 – Together with 46 OER Experts from 27 Asian countries (China, Japan, South Korea, India, Malaysia etc) we prepared a draft on “Main-streaming OER - Commitment to Action” and preparing for the 2nd World Conference on OER in Slovenia in 2017.
