■ 개인정보의 처리 목적

FingerTory는 다음의 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 처리하고 있으며, 다음의 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용하지 않습니다.

- 이 앱은 저장공간에 폴더를 생성하는 기능이 포함되어 있습니다.

- 이 앱은 사진을 촬영하여 지정한 폴더에 저장하는 기능이 포함되어 있습니다.

- 이 앱은 사용자가 폴더에 저장한 사진을 보여주는 기능이 포함되어 있습니다.

- 이 앱은 알림바 영역에 알림을 등록하여 카메라촬영 및 사진뷰어를 실행하는 기능이 포함되어 있습니다.

■ 개인정보처리 위탁 여부

FingerTory는 타 업체에 개인정보처리를 위탁하지 않습니다.

■ 정보주체의 권리,의무 및 그 행사방법 이용자는 개인정보주체로서 다음과 같은 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

- 정보주체는 FingerTory에 대해 언제든지 다음 각 호의 개인정보 보호 관련 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

1. 오류 등이 있을 경우 정정 요구

2. 삭제요구 : 사용자가 직접 앱을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

■ 처리하는 개인정보의 항목

이 앱은 개인정보를 수집/취득/공유하지 않습니다.

1. READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE 권한을 사용합니다.

. 촬영한 사진을 저장할 폴더 선택을 위한 저장소 접근

. 촬영후 저장한 사진을 보기 위한 저장소 접근

2. WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE 권한을 사용합니다.

. 촬영한 사진을 저장할 폴더를 생성하기 위해 사용

. 촬영한 사진을 앱 내부 공간에서 외부 저장소로 이동하기 위해 사용

3. CAMERA 권한을 사용합니다.

. 앱내의 기능 또는 알림바에 등록한 기능을 통해 사진을 촬영하기 위해 사용

4. AD_ID 권한을 사용합니다.

. 앱내의 광고(구글 애드몹)를 표시하기 위해 사용

5. READ_MEDIA_IMAGES 권한을 사용합니다.

. 사용자가 촬영한 사진 접근을 위해 사용

6. POST_NOTIFICATIONS 권한을 사용합니다. (Android13 이상 해당)

. 알림바 영역에 촬영 또는 사진보기를 바로 실행하기 위한 알림 등록을 위해 사용

■ 개인정보의 파기

FingerTory는 원칙적으로 개인정보 처리목적이 달성된 경우에는 지체없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 파기의 절차, 기한 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

① 파기절차

앱을 삭제하거나 일정 및 기념일을 삭제하면 앱 내부의 저장공간에 보관된 DB에서 해당 내용이 삭제 됩니다.

② 파기기한

첨부된 사진의 연결을 해제하고나 앱을 삭제할 경우 모두 파기됩니다.

■ 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

FingerTory는 개인정보보호법 제29조에 따라 다음과 같이 안전성 확보에 필요한 기술적/관리적 및 물리적 조치를 하고 있습니다.

① 정기적인 자체 감사 실시

개인정보 취급 관련 안정성 확보를 위해 정기적으로 자체 감사를 실시하고 있습니다.

② 개인정보에 대한 접근 제한

개인정보는 앱 실행시에만 사용하며, 외부로 전송/저장하지 않습니다.

③ 비인가자에 대한 출입 통제

안드로이드 모바일에서는 개인정보를 보관하고 있는 내부의 물리적 보관 장소에 직접 접근이 불가능합니다. 해당 권한은 실행시에만 사용되며, 외부로 전송/저장하지 않습니다.

① 이 개인정보취급방침은 시행일로부터 적용되며, 법령 및 방침에 따른 변경내용의 추가, 삭제 및 정정이 있는 경우에는 변경사항의 시행 7일 전부터 공지사항을 통하여 고지할 것입니다.

② 이 개인정보취급방침은 2017년 5월 20일부터 적용됩니다.

In principle, FingerTory destroys the personal information without delay when the purpose of processing personal information has been achieved. The procedures, deadlines and methods for destruction are as follows.

When you delete the app or delete schedules and anniversaries, the corresponding contents are deleted from the DB stored in the storage space within the app.

② Destruction period

If you disconnect the attached photos or delete the app, all attached photos will be destroyed.
