FingerTory processes personal information for the following purposes and does not use it for purposes other than the following.

- This app includes the ability to create folders in storage space.

- This app includes the ability to take photos and save them in a specified folder.

- This app includes a feature that shows photos that the user has saved in a folder.

- This app includes the ability to register notifications in the notification bar area to take camera photos and run the photo viewer.

■ Whether personal information processing is entrusted

FingerTory does not entrust the processing of personal information to other companies.

. Used to register notifications for immediately taking pictures or viewing photos in the notification bar area.

■ Destruction of personal information

In principle, FingerTory destroys the personal information without delay when the purpose of processing personal information has been achieved. The procedures, deadlines and methods for destruction are as follows.

① Destruction procedure

When you delete the app or delete schedules and anniversaries, the corresponding contents are deleted from the DB stored in the storage space within the app.

② Destruction period

If you disconnect the attached photos or delete the app, all attached photos will be destroyed.

■ Measures to ensure the safety of personal information

In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, FingerTory is taking the following technical/administrative and physical measures to ensure safety.

① Conduct regular self-audit

We conduct regular self-audits to ensure stability in handling personal information.

② Restriction of access to personal information

Personal information is only used when running the app and is not transmitted or stored externally.

③ Access control for unauthorized persons

On Android mobile devices, direct access to the internal physical storage location where personal information is stored is not possible. This permission is only used when running and is not transmitted or stored externally.

① FingerTory is responsible for the overall management of personal information processing, and appoints a personal information protection manager as follows to handle complaints and provide relief for damage from information subjects related to personal information processing.

② Information subjects may inquire about all personal information protection-related inquiries, complaint handling, damage relief, etc. that arise while using FingerTory's services (or business) to the personal information protection manager and responsible department.

■ Changes to personal information processing policy

① This personal information handling policy is applied from the effective date, and if there are additions, deletions, or corrections of changes in accordance with laws and policies, they will be notified through notices 7 days prior to the implementation of the changes.
