3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All source code, user interface designs, logos, graphics, audio, game mechanics (leveling systems, virtual currency/coins within the app), and content on FocusQuest are the exclusive property of Tankyo Limited or its licensors.

• You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or reverse-engineering any part of the App in any form without prior written permission from us.

4. User Conduct and Rules

When using FocusQuest, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws.

• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, attack, or compromise the integrity, security, or proper functioning of the App's servers and systems.

• Use automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized tools to artificially manipulate game scoring, leaderboards, or rewards within the App.
