By downloading, installing, or using the Focus CEO mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.2. Description of Service

Focus CEO is a gamified productivity application that helps users stay focused through timer sessions while earning virtual currency to build a business empire. The App includes:

• Focus timer functionality with customizable session lengths (20 minutes to 8 hours)

• Scheduled focus sessions with automatic start times

• Virtual economy system with earning and spending mechanics

• Business investment and management features

• Custom allow lists for app blocking control

• Progress tracking and statistics

• Screen Time integration for app blocking

• Subscription-based premium features

3. User Accounts and Registration

No account registration is required. The App works offline and stores all data locally on your device.

4. Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses:

• Personal productivity and focus improvement

• Educational and professional development

• Legitimate business purposes

Prohibited Uses:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the App

• Using the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose

• Interfering with the App's functionality or security

5. Virtual Currency and Business System Virtual Currency:

• All virtual currency ("money") in the App has no real-world value

• Virtual currency cannot be exchanged for real money or goods

• Virtual currency balances are for entertainment purposes only

• We reserve the right to modify virtual currency values or mechanics

Business Investments:

• Business purchases are virtual and have no real-world value

• Business income generation is simulated for entertainment only

• We may modify business mechanics, prices, or availability at any time

• No real financial returns or investments are involved

6. Subscription Services Premium Features:

• Premium subscription provides access to extended features

• Premium users enjoy an ad-free experience

• Premium features are managed through Superwall and the Apple App Store

Billing and Payments:

• Subscriptions are managed through Superwall and the Apple App Store

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

• You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Apple ID settings

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

7. Privacy and Data Collection:

Data Security:

• All app data remains on your device

10. Screen Time and App Blocking

Screen Time Integration:

• The App uses iOS Screen Time APIs to block distracting apps

• We are not responsible for any issues arising from Screen Time usage

• App blocking is a feature, not a guarantee of focus improvement

11. Updates and Modifications App Updates:
