Delete Account – Focentra
Focentra allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
Send an email to: cs.focentra@gmail.com
Use the subject line: “Delete My Focentra Account”
Include your registered Google email ID in the email
Our team will process your request within 3–5 business days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon request, we will delete:
Your account information (Google account identifier)
All stored user data from our database (Cloud Firestore)
Any associated activity or usage records linked to your account
Data That May Be Retained
We may retain limited data if required for:
Legal obligations
Fraud prevention or security purposes
Such data will be retained only for the minimum required duration.
