Fairbanks North Star Borough Hazardous Materials Response Team

This site is dedicated to the members of the Fairbanks North Star Borough Hazardous Materials Response Team. We are the most northern Hazardous Materials Response Team in the United States. Our primary response area is the Fairbanks North Star Borough, however, we can respond to incidents that occur anywhere within the State of Alaska at the request of the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation. Our organization is a part of the Borough Emergency Operations Department which allows us to respond anywhere within the Fairbanks North Star Borough (FNSB).
