 Fees for Speakers and Attendees*

* The price includes coffee breaks, lunches, social activities, welcome reception and gala dinner.

• Regular Fee: 320€

• SEIO Member Fee**: 270€

** According to SEIO agreements, members of Federation of European Statistical National Societies (FENStatS), Real Sociedad Matemática Española (RSME), Sociedad Española de Matemática Aplicada (SEMA), Societat Catalana de Matemàtiques (SCM), Sociedade Galega para a Promoción da Estatística e da Investigación de Operacións (SGAPEIO), Sociedade Portuguesa de Estatística (SPE), Associação Portuguesa de Investigação Operacional (APDIO), Sociedade Brasileira de Pesquisa Operacional (SOBRAPO), Asociación Colombiana de IO (ASOCIO), Sociedad Colombiana de Estadística (SCE), Sociedad Ecuatoriana de Estadística (SEE), Sociedad Mexicana de Investigación de Operaciones (SMIO) and Sociedad Española de Biometría (SEB) will be considered as SEIO members regarding Fees. Documentation proving membership in one of these societies, with at least seniority from December 31, 2025, must be submitted at the time of registration.

• Granted Early Stage Researcher Fee***: 0€

*** 'Early Stage Researchers' are students or postdoctoral researchers with a maximum seniority of two years. Grants are available for Early Stage Researchers who are SEIO members and part of one of the working groups organizing the workshop.
