The Organizing Committee has arranged several accommodation options for participants, including university residences and partner hotels with special rates.
The Organizing Committee has reserved rooms at the Monte da Condesa Residence (400m from venue) for the conference period.
Participants should book their accommodation through this link.
Through this platform, attendees can:
Select the required room type and number of nights*.
Enter billing details for payment.
Complete the reservation through a secure online payment gateway (credit/debit card).
If selecting the student rate, proof of student status must be uploaded (e.g., student card, university enrollment certificate, etc.).
*Please note that the dates in the booking system refer to nights of stay, not arrival or departure days. For example, if you arrive on 13 July and depart on 17 July, the correct booking period is 13-16 July.
Modification and cancellation policy:
Changes or cancellations must be requested by email to sur@usc.es no later than 20 days before the start of the conference. Any rooms not confirmed 30 days before the beginning of the conference will be automatically cancelled.
The following rooms have been reserved for conference participants at Monte da Condesa from 13 July 2026 to 17 July 2026 (5 nights):
10 double rooms – €53.00 per night (Professor rate)
20 double rooms – €33.00 per night (Student rate)
5 single rooms – €22.00 per night (Student rate)
5 single rooms – €33.00 per night (Professor rate)
Availability is subject to the booking procedure described above.

A block of 20 rooms has been reserved from 13 July 2026 to 17 July 2026. The special rate will be available until 01 May 2026. After this date, extension may be considered subject to availability.
Rates:
€85 per night – Double room for single use (bed & breakfast).
If used as a double room, an additional €10 per person per night applies.

Reservations will be confirmed individually and deducted from the initial block of 20 rooms. The special rate applies while availability lasts.
