Apartment complex cleaning includes:
Dry mopping where needed
Wet mopping as needed
Sweeping and vacuuming all common areas
Spot cleaning and shampooing rugs as needed
Cleaning of all reachable glass and windows inside*
Dusting
Disinfecting all touchable surfaces
Wiping down walls and baseboards
Removing of cobwebs
Cleaning and sanitizing elevators
Trash removal and sanitizing of bins
Wiping down of any common area furniture
Cleaning all restrooms in common areas this includes:
Sweeping and mopping of floors
Cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces
Toilets
Mirrors
Sanitizing Changing Stations
Trash removal and sanitizing of bins
*At this time we do not cleaning exterior windows however, we do cleaning all reachable windows. Any glass doors will be cleaned on the inside as well as outside. Cleaning includes all commonly shared areas such as hallways, stairs, elevators, lobby, and restrooms. Office cleaning, break rooms, and event rooms can be arranged during walk through. Restocking of supplies to common areas can also be arranged during walk through.
