Yes! All our team members must complete all training courses before entering the field. Once training is complete new hires work along side a team leader receiving hands on training. We continuously train all our team members even after hire as new products and cleaning procedures are always emerging.
When you request a quote we will schedule a time to visit your location. Cost varies by location, current conditions, and size of your location. Giving you a quote over the phone before seeing the location and discussing your needs would be unfair to you as we would be guessing cost. We will discuss what type of services you are needing, how often you are needing them, and view the size of location. We can then create a plan and go over pricing.
We accept all major credit card, check, and ACH payments. However, If you need to pay cash we will need to be notified in advance.
Yes! All our team member go through an extensive background check prior to being hired. We know how much your business means to you. This ensures the safety and security of your company.
We are a legally operated LLC based out of Indiana. We are insured and bonded to protect not only our staff, but also our clients in the case there was a mishap caused by our team members.
No, most of our clients prefer after hour cleaning in which they give us access by providing us with a key, alarm code, garage code, or lock box. When cleaning after hours the team receives entry / exit via management. This limits the amount of people with direct access and ensure the security of your company.
Leave the cleaning to us! We will handle all the cleaning products needed, however we would need access to any supplies for restocking and water. Most companies have a janitorial closet where they store these items and access to water.
This depends on size and condition of establishment needing services. However, we make an effort to have the same team clean your establishment every-time. Occasionally there may be a time when they are out and we would need to send a replacement.
If a holiday falls on a day that you are scheduled for a cleaning we will reach out in advance to make arrangements for a different day within the same week.
Pricing is determined by the needs of our client, current conditions, and size of area to be cleaned. Scheduling a consultation is always free and easy just give us a call or send us a email to schedule an appointment. We will set up a time to personally meet with you to discuss your company's needs and services requested. In most cases this will take 15-20 minutes depending on size of location.
