Results:  The mean percentage of time spent on data entry was 43% (95% confidence interval, 39%-47%). The mean percentage of time spent in direct contact with patients was 28%. The pooled weighted average time allocations were 44% on data entry, 28% in direct patient care, 12% reviewing test results and records, 13% in discussion with colleagues, and 3% on other activities. Tabulation was made of the number of mouse clicks necessary for several common emergency department charting functions and for selected patient encounters. Total mouse clicks approach 4000 during a busy 10-hour shift.

The OPTIFLUX 4000 is an electromagnetic flow sensor. Combined with the IFC 050, IFC 100, IFC 300 or IFC 400 signal converters it forms the OPTIFLUX 4050, OPTIFLUX 4100, OPTIFLUX 4300 and OPTIFLUX 4400 electromagnetic flowmeters for basic to advanced applications with aggressive and abrasive media or other conductive liquids.

Using the place value chart we identify the place for each digit in the given number and write the number name. For 4000 we see that the digits in units = 0, tens = 0, hundreds = 0, thousands = 4. Therefore, 4000 in words is written as Four Thousand.

Four Thousand in numerals is written as 4000. Two Thousand Six Hundred and Seventy in numerals is written as 2670, Now Four Thousand Minus Two Thousand Six Hundred and Seventy means subtracting 2670 from 4000, i.e., 4000 - 2670 = 1330 which is read as One Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty.

We know that 4000 in words is expressed as four thousand. So, while writing this as an amount on a cheque in India, we write Rupees 'Four thousand only' on the appropriate blank space that is given on the cheque. This means 4000 rupees in words is written as Rupees Four thousand.

I'm trying to set up Jekyll on my Windows 10 machine, but can't connect to the website (127.0.0.1:4000) that is created by jekyll serve (or bundle exec jekyll serve). I have followed all the steps in Julian Thilo's Run Jekyll on Windows without any error messages. And when I run jekyll serve in PowerShell from my Jekyll website folder everything seems just fine:

The FLEXiO 4000 stationary paint sprayer is perfect for longer painting projects, with less weight in your hand, because the motor is housed in the base on the ground. It has variable speeds for cutting time and effort on painting projects and can paint a wall 12 times faster than a brush.

I have same problem with My Fujitsu E752.

One external monitor is connected to VGA, another to DP over the DP2HDMI cable.

Intel drivers for 4000 does see all 3 monitors but works only with any 2 of them. W7 or W10 does not matter.

I have Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 and I want to get Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 so I can play Black Ops 2. But I don't know how to install the 4000/2500. I'd appreciate the help. If you need my specs I'll post them right here. Also back in the summer I updated my graphics card from Intel Graphics Family to Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 so I could run Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

You can't "install HD4000/2500" to your computer just by installing a driver update. The HD3000 graphics device is part of the CPU chip in your laptop - it is included in almost all mobile chips that carry the Core i# -2# M branding. You would need to buy a new laptop computer to get a laptop with the Core i# -3# M cpu to get the HD4000 graphics.

The pE-4000 sets the standard as the universal Illumination System for fluorescence microscopy. The system has 16 selectable LED wavelengths across four channels that can be finely controlled and matched to the filters and fluorophores of almost any microscope, making it the broadest and most versatile illumination system available.

The CoolLED pE-4000 benefits from our award winning sustainable Green technology and delivers enhanced irradiance at the sample plane with a significant reduction in energy consumption, and is supplied with a 36 month warranty.

With the pE-4000, it is now possible to prevent artefacts and allow live samples to thrive in experiments >100 hours. Fine control of illumination timing and irradiance with TTL and the function generator minimises exposure, avoiding photobleaching and phototoxicity.

The world-class HCN-4000 horizontal machining center combines advanced technology and outstanding value with high performance and high productivity for achieving maximum performance when working with virtually any type of material. The machine features spacious work envelope and pallet size as well as a fast rapid traverse speed and rigid, reliable spindles.

Where a particular regulation calls for their application, the rules in this subpart A of part 4000 tell you what filing methods you may use for any submission (including a payment) to us. They do not cover an issuance from you to anyone other than the PBGC, such as a notice to participants. Also, they do not cover filings with us that are not made under our regulations, such as procurement filings, litigation filings, and applications for employment with us. (Subpart B tells you what methods you may use to issue a notice or otherwise provide information to any person other than us. Subpart C tells you how we determine your filing or issuance date. Subpart D tells you how to compute various periods of time. Subpart E tells you how to maintain required records in electronic form.)

Where a particular regulation calls for their application, the rules in this subpart B of part 4000 tell you what methods you may use to issue a notice or otherwise provide information to any person other than us (e.g., a participant or beneficiary). They do not cover payments to third parties. In some cases, the PBGC regulations tell you to comply with requirements that are found somewhere other than in the PBGC's own regulations (e.g., requirements under the Internal Revenue Code). If so, you must comply with any applicable issuance rules under those other requirements. (Subpart A tells you what filing methods you may use for filings with us. Subpart C tells you how we determine your filing or issuance date. Subpart D tells you how to compute various periods of time. Subpart E tells you how to maintain required records in electronic form.)

Where the particular regulation calls for their application, the rules in this subpart C of part 4000 tell you how we will determine the date you send us a filing and the date you provide an issuance to someone other than us (such as a participant). These rules do not cover payments to third parties. In addition, they do not cover filings with us that are not made under our regulations, such as procurement filings, litigation filings, and applications for employment with us. In some cases, the PBGC regulations tell you to comply with requirements that are found somewhere other than in the PBGC's own regulations (e.g., requirements under the Internal Revenue Code (Title 26, USC)). In meeting those requirements, you should follow any applicable rules under those requirements for determining the filing and issuance date. (Subpart A tells you what filing methods you may use for filings with us. Subpart B tells you what methods you may use to issue a notice or otherwise provide information to any person other than us. Subpart D tells you how to compute various periods of time. Subpart E tells you how to maintain required records in electronic form.)

The rules in this subpart D of part 4000 tell you how to compute time periods under our regulations (e.g., for filings with us and issuances to third parties) where the particular regulation calls for their application. (There are specific exceptions or modifications to these rules in  4007.6 of this chapter (premium payments), and  4062.10 of this chapter (employer liability payments). In some cases, the PBGC regulations tell you to comply with requirements that are found somewhere other than in the PBGC's own regulations (e.g., requirements under the Internal Revenue Code (Title 26, USC)). In meeting those requirements, you should follow any applicable computation-of-time rules under those other requirements. (Subpart A tells you what filing methods you may use for filings with us. Subpart B tells you what methods you may use to issue a notice or otherwise provide information to any person other than us. Subpart C tells you how we determine your filing or issuance date. Subpart E tells you how to maintain required records in electronic form.)

The rules in this subpart E of part 4000 tell you what methods you may use to meet any record retention requirement under our regulations if you choose to use electronic means. The rules for who must retain the records, how long the records must be maintained, and how records must be made available to us are contained in the specific part where the record retention requirement is found. (Subpart A tells you what filing methods you may use for filings with us and how we determine your filing date. Subpart B tells you what methods you may use to issue a notice or otherwise provide information to any person other than us. Subpart C tells you how we determine your filing or issuance date. Subpart D tells you how to compute various periods of time.) e24fc04721
