Project Description: This project was orginally used for middle school students and then adapted to fit professional development resources in the county I taught in

Learning Objective: Stakeholders in education will beable to clearly define achievable goals in and beyond their classroom.

Communication Theory it's built around: Duck's Relationship Filtering Model. Through goal setting, a person is able to build and establish how they want to be seen. As long as the goal setter considers the sequence of their goals, how they are percieved is more in their control
