Past and Current Projects 

Project Description: This project was a collaboration between 6 teachers to help the county research and uncover disparities in culturally responsive education, giving a community voice to the cultural pitfalls in the community.

Learning Objective: Stakeholders in the learning community will be able to voice their opinions and hold respectful discussions within the community in order to promotive a culturally positive educational setting.

Cultural Responsiveness Project: 

An exceptional group of educators have developed a network of student voice cohorts with support from the Hamilton County Department of Equity in order to give the different the learning communities of Hamilton County an opportunity to tackle issues that are important to both teachers and students. This initiative was started by myself and five other educators so that the power of positive change can inspire educational communities to be the catalyst of the change they want to see in their own school environments.
