How to Submit

UKCAA Checklist and forms:

Apply for UKCAA online portal.
Join ATO for ground theory training.
Receive form CAA5004 for theory course completion.
Contact UKCAA for confirmation of training required, Despite the law and website saying what you require, ATOs often offer only the basic training, which out any credits.
Book medical examination.
Book and write 13 exams.
Apply for Licence verification and contact current CAA to release your records. SRG2142
Complete the flight training. Make sure to receive confirmation of limited panel IF in your logbook, often a sticker or written signature in the remarks column.
Receive CPL and IR course completion certificates.
Complete FRTOL and ELP tests.
Complete the skills tests. SRG 2130, SRG 2131.
Submit all on form SRG 1183,

Contact the IAA to confirm the training requirements, not always required as most ATOs know about the reduced requirements, but always check
Book medical examination, and make sure to tell the AME what state you are getting, IAA in this case.
Have Medical transferred to the state.
Book and write 13 exams.
Have exam records transferred to the state.
Apply for Licence verification and contact current CAA to release your records. RPPL-F-120a RPPL-F-095.
Complete the flight training.
Apply for test with the IAA.
Have form RPPL-F-159 completed by HOT.
Receive CPL and MEIR course completion certificates.
Complete ELP tests and form RPPL-F-270.
Complete the skills tests. RPPL-F-104E RPPL-F-121E.
Receive copies of Flight Examiners licences and FE papers.
Receive copy of test notification with FE signature.
Receive ATOs training certificate.
Receive FNPT II qualification certificate.
Update logbook.
Complete relevant parts of form RPPL-F-ICAO. This is the final official checklist before submitting.
Submit all paperwork and all original logbooks to the IAA via secure post.
