• Verification: Flowremi is a management tool and does not verify user identities. Verify the other party via video call or in person before any transaction.

• Payment Safety: Flowremi DOES NOT process tuition payments. NEVER transfer money to anyone without verifying their identity.

• Disclaimer: Any disputes or financial losses from offline transactions are the sole responsibility of the user.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Flowremi application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Flowremi is a music education management tool that provides:

• Lesson scheduling and management

• Practice logs and tracking

• Timestamped video reviews

• Student progress tracking

• Cloud-based data synchronization (Pro Plan)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and selecting a username. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

Flowremi offers the following subscription options:

Basic Plan (Free)

• Up to 5 synced students

• Additional students managed locally only

Flowremi Pro - Monthly Subscription

• Price: $11.99 USD per month

• Up to 50 synced students

• Timestamped video reviews

• Permanent cloud storage

Flowremi Pro - Annual Subscription

• Price: $109.99 USD per year

• Up to 50 synced students

• Timestamped video reviews

• Permanent cloud storage

Prices may vary by region. Actual prices will be displayed in the App and charged in your local currency.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription rate.

5.3 Payment Processing

• iOS users: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Android users: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Flowremi does not directly collect or process payment information; all transactions are processed by Apple or Google.

5.4 Managing and Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Flowremi

• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Flowremi

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until that time.

5.5 Refunds

• iOS: All refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. Flowremi cannot process refunds for iOS subscriptions.

• Android: Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

5.6 Free Trial (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5.7 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes in advance, and changes will only apply to subsequent billing periods. Your continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time:

1. Open the App

2. Go to Settings

3. Tap Delete Account

4. Confirm deletion

Upon deletion, all cloud data will be permanently and irreversibly removed within 30 days. Some information may be retained in backups for a limited period as required by law.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose

• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights

• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App

• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions

• Share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

The App, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by Flowremi and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

• Any defects will be corrected

• The App is free from viruses or harmful components

• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWREMI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowremi and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Apple-Specific Terms (iOS Users Only)

These additional terms apply only to users who download the App from the Apple App Store:

13.1 Acknowledgement

You and Flowremi acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Flowremi only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). EchoMusicApp, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

13.2 Scope of License

The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

13.3 Maintenance and Support

Flowremi is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

13.4 Warranty

Flowremi is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

13.5 Product Claims

Flowremi, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Product liability claims

• Any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement

• Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation

13.6 Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Flowremi, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

13.7 Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country

• You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

13.8 Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, except where prohibited by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
