These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FlowDoIt mobile application ("App") operated by FlowDoIt ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Subscriptions
FlowDoIt offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
Subscription options may include:
- Weekly subscription
- Yearly subscription
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
3. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged according to the selected subscription plan.
4. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt its functionality.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by FlowDoIt and are protected by applicable laws.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
