Chose a postcard that resonates with your lived experience personally or professionally (as artist, arts for health consultant, arts therapist, health care professional, academic, educator, student etc) - whichever you prefer
Take some time to look at it closely - colours, themes, metaphors
Being mindful of your boundaries and how much you want to share, share in groups of 3
Listen with curiosity and kindness, listen to understand, not to comment
