I am keen on studying macroeconomic volatility (causes and consequences) in Argentina. For that, I focus my research on different topics: trade theory, inflation, development economics, balance of payments problems in developing countries, and the labor market.
I have already finished an MSc in Economics at UBA. The results of my thesis will be published by Metroeconomica.
I am currently working on my PhD proposal, continuing with some of the future lines of research of my master thesis. My proposal tries to explain the consequences and trade-offs of different alternatives to carry out a stabilization program (aka, disinflation plan), looking especially at income distribution issues and external macroconsistency.
