This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and customer concerns for orders placed with Floral Dreams Shop . By confirming an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the downpayment is non-refundable as flowers are perishable and costs are allocated for materials and preparation.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Partial Refunds
Missing key flowers or major elements that significantly deviate from the confirmed order
Incorrect arrangement that does not match the approved design (beyond minor variations)
Missing add-ons or paid inclusions (e.g., card message, topper, or upgrades)
Significant delivery delays affecting the intended purpose of the order (excluding exempted cases)
Refunds will be based only on the affected portion of the order and will be subject to assessment.
Exemption from Refunds
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details, or recipient unavailability
Failed deliveries due to no one receiving the order (redelivery fees apply)
Minor variations in flower color, size, bloom stage, and arrangement style
Substitutions due to seasonal or supplier availability while maintaining design value
Change of mind or requests made after order confirmation or during preparation
Damage due to improper handling or care after delivery
Concerns & Complaints
All concerns must be reported within an hour of receiving the order.
Customers are required to provide clear photos and/or videos showing:
The overall product
The specific issue
The packaging upon arrival
Items must remain in their original condition and must not be altered, rearranged, or disposed of prior to assessment.
All concerns are subject to evaluation, and resolutions will be determined accordingly.
Depending on the assessment, we may offer a replacement, adjustment, store credit, or partial refund.
