WHEN REPORTING A PROBLEM
These four things let us reproduce almost anything:
Your phone, and its Android or iOS version
The app version, shown at the bottom of Settings (for example: FLOOR 99 v1.0.3)
Which floor you were on
What happened, and what you expected instead

Where is my progress saved?
On your device, and nowhere else. There is no account and no server. That also means it does not follow you to a new phone unless your phone's own backup carries it across.
How do the lives work?
Five of them. Each death costs one. They refill in full 15 minutes after your first death, or immediately if you spend coins you earned by playing. Nothing is ever sold for real money.
How do I erase everything?
Settings, then Reset progress. It asks a second time before it wipes the save.
Does it need internet?
No. The app has no network permission at all, so it works in aeroplane mode and always will.
