FLOOR 99 does not collect, transmit or share any personal data. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics service and no server. The app has no permission to use the network at all, so this is not merely a promise not to send anything - it is not able to.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
SAGUARO INFO d.o.o., Gorice 114B/1, 10000 Zagreb, Hrvatska, OIB 56941305823, is the controller of any personal data relating to this app, and publishes it on the app stores.

This policy covers the FLOOR 99 mobile app only. The company website has its own separate policy at https://saguaro.info, which describes practices - contact forms, cookies, newsletters - that do not exist in this app.
WHAT IS COLLECTED
Nothing. No name, no email, no contacts, no location, no device identifiers, no advertising ID, no usage statistics. No cookies are set, because there is nothing to set them for.
WHAT IS STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Your progress and preferences are saved in the app's own local storage so the game can pick up where you left off. That is:
Best floor reached, coins, and the current run
Skins and power-ups you own, and which are equipped
Achievements earned and Death Book entries discovered
Your settings: music, sound effects, haptics, tutorial hints
A random install identifier, generated on the device, used only to keep one save file apart from another. It is never transmitted and is not tied to you or to your device.
None of it leaves your device, and none of it reaches us.
PERMISSIONS
On Android, FLOOR 99 requests one permission: VIBRATE, for the small haptic taps when you land or die. You can turn haptics off in Settings. On iOS it requests none at all.
It does not request INTERNET. An app without that permission cannot open a network connection, which is why there is no analytics, no crash reporting and no ads: the code to do any of it is not in the build.
THIRD PARTIES
There are none. No advertising network, no analytics provider, no crash reporter, no social login, no payment processor. Nothing about you is shared with anyone, because nothing about you is ever collected.
DEVICE BACKUP
Your phone may include this app's local save in the backup it makes to your own Google or Apple account, the same as it does for other apps. That backup belongs to you and is controlled by your device's backup settings, not by FLOOR 99. We have no access to it.
CHILDREN
The game is suitable for all ages. Since nothing is collected and nothing is transmitted, there is no personal data to protect, from children or anyone else. There is no advertising and nothing can be purchased.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. In practice there is nothing for us to act on: we hold no personal data about you, so there is no record to produce, correct or delete.
Everything the app stores is on your device and under your control - see below.
DELETING YOUR DATA
Settings -> Reset progress erases the save immediately. Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored. Because nothing was ever sent anywhere, there is nothing else to delete and no request to make.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If the app ever starts handling data differently, this policy will be updated before that version is published, and the date at the top will change.
