She's wearing a crown! Check out that super rare buttercup comb, comprised of two single combs that meet in the front and the back and are only found on Sicilian Buttercups. They are a Mediterrenean breed, developed in Sicily, that thrive in hot weather. Their beautiful golden neck feathers are followed by regularly marked black spangles in parallel rows on the body feathers. These small hens are non broody and lay approximately 180 small to medium sized white eggs/year.Â
