Lavender Orpington

All the attributes you love in a Buff Orpington but in a lavender color! These large, docile chickens are absolute stunners! The “lavender” gene causes dilution of both black and red/brown pigments, giving them the unique lavender color. A must if you’re looking for a unique chicken to add to your flock! They are fair egg layers (220 eggs/year) of medium brown eggs. Like their buff counterparts, they are known to go broody so a good choice if you plan to hatch chicks.
