My new favorite is the Flipped Learning Certification class. I've been flipping my classes since 2007 and didn't feel like I needed it, but it effectively pulls together the practical and the pedagogy of the process. I highly recommend the course no matter how extensive your experience.

TES - This site has a drag & drop (and search) feature for creating and organizing flipped and blended units. You can post what you have put together directly to Google Classroom (and use your Google Suite login to create your account so it all connects smoothly).
