By downloading or using flipX (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
flipX is a camera-based mirror utility app designed to help users view and capture mirrored or flipped camera previews in a clean, minimal interface. The App may include features such as:
Live mirror preview using the device camera (front/back depending on device support)
Flip / mirror modes (e.g., left-left, right-right, original view, or similar options)
Optional overlays and tools (e.g., grid guides, timer, zoom controls, UI toggles)
Capturing screenshots or photos of the current preview (including overlays if enabled)
Saving captured images to your device and/or sharing them via system share features
Optional settings such as language selection, UI preferences, and other display options
The App is provided “as is” for personal and non-commercial use.
To provide its core features, flipX may request access to certain device permissions, such as:
Camera (to display the live mirror preview and capture images)
Photos/Media/Storage access (to save captured images to your device)
Microphone (only if the App includes video recording features, if available)
If you deny required permissions, some features may not function properly or may be unavailable.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s data or systems
You are solely responsible for any content you create, capture, store, or share using the App (including photos, screenshots, and shared images). You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to capture and share content, including obtaining consent where required by law (e.g., capturing other people).
flipX does not require account sign-in and is designed to work primarily with on-device functionality.
However, the App may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, and billing (if applicable), such as Google AdMob, Google Play Services, and Google Play Billing, which may process certain identifiers in accordance with their own policies.
The App provides camera preview and capture tools for convenience and informational/personal use only.
We do not guarantee that the preview, mirror/flip behavior, colors, brightness, focus, stabilization, or captured output will be accurate, consistent, or available without interruption across all devices. Results may vary depending on device hardware, OS versions, permissions, camera drivers, lighting conditions, and system performance.
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party networks.
We may also offer:
In-app purchases to remove ads, unlock flipX Pro, or enable additional premium features
Rewarded ads that may temporarily remove ads or unlock certain benefits
All purchases are handled through the official Google Play Store billing system, and refunds are processed according to Google’s policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of what is supported by Google Play.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, or defect, or that any issues will be corrected immediately.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbit Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any loss of images, data, or settings due to device issues, OS updates, storage limitations, permission changes, or app crashes
Any incompatibility, camera malfunction, or unexpected output caused by hardware, drivers, or system conditions
Any actions or failures of third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, sharing components, or billing services
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
You may also stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect once it is posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
We may also update the App itself (for example, new features, bug fixes, camera behavior changes, or UI changes). Some updates may be required in order to continue using all or part of the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
