The first home we owned was on Flint Hill Drive in Oxford - hence the name Flint Hill Joinery. Before we sold the house, we rented it for a few years and a roof leak developed, of which, we were unaware until the last tenants vacated. I truly disdain sheetrock work, especially on popcorn ceilings where matching the stipple is way beyond my skill set, so I figured I would work within my skill set to make the repair. The pine perimeter trim is circa 1910, salvaged from the Birdie Baldwin homeplace in Madison, GA.
