2. How We Use Your Information

Since all flight data is stored locally on your device, Flightista uses this information only within the app to provide its core functionality, such as:

• Tracking flights: Display your past flight history, including travel statistics.

• Visualizing routes: Show a map of the routes you've flown.

• Managing limits: For free-tier users, the app allows the addition of up to 8 boarding passes before prompting a subscription for unlimited entries.

3. Data Storage and Retention

All flight data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on any external servers.

• No Account Required: Flightista does not require the creation of an account, and no data is uploaded or retained by us.

• Data Deletion: If you delete the app, all data stored within the app (flight history and statistics) is permanently deleted from your device.

4. Subscription Model and Free Usage

Flightista offers a free tier with a limit of 8 boarding passes. After this limit, a subscription is required to unlock unlimited boarding pass additions and extra features provided by the app.

5. Sharing Your Information

Because Flightista does not collect or store data on external servers, we do not share any of your data with third parties. All your information remains private and accessible only on your device.

6. Security of Your Data

Since your data is stored locally on your device and not transmitted to any servers, the responsibility for securing your data lies with the security measures you have in place on your device (e.g., device encryption, password protection).

7. Your Rights

You are in complete control of your data within Flightista. Since we do not store any personal or flight data on external servers, there are no records for you to request access to, modify, or delete.

To delete all your data, simply uninstall the app from your device, and all flight information stored locally will be permanently erased.

The app may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external services, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

9. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data, and since no account is required or data collected, children’s information is not stored or transmitted.

Any updates will be posted within the app, and you will be notified via email or through the app if changes are significant.
