To provide an environment where neighbors can live in harmony, peace and fellowship.
The FMCA (Fleetwood Mountain Community Association, Inc.) is a nonprofit, incorporated in the State of North Carolina. It operates as a 501(c)4, which according to the federal government, is a social welfare organization.
As a 501(c)4, the FMCA serves the residents and property owners in the Fleetwood Falls Community.
The FMCA relies on its membership and other generous donations to maintain Fleetwood Falls Lake, which was purchased from the original developer (Fleetwood Falls, Inc.) in July 2019.
