Egg Fried Rice 🍛

For the rice
1 cup Masterchef Pakistan Premium Rice2 cups water1 tsp saltFor the stir fry
2 diced sausages1/3 cup diced carrots1 small onion1/3 cup chopped green beans3 cloves garlic2 tbsp oil¼ tsp salt½ tsp ground black pepper1 tsp chili flakes1 tsp sugar3 eggs2 tbsp light soy sauce1 ½ tbsp oyster sauce
Instructions: 🧑🍳
First, wash the Masterchef Pakistan Premium Rice thoroughly and then drain.Into a pot, add in the Masterchef Pakistan Premium Rice along with 2 cups water and 1 tsp salt. On medium high heat, cook the rice for 8 minutes. Then place the lid on and cook for another 4 minutes on medium low heat, or until fluffy and soft.Once cooked, add the rice to a plate and keep it in the refrigerator to cool down for around 15- 20 minutes.Next, dice the sausages, carrot, and onion. Then chop the green beans and finely chop the garlic as well.To a pan, add in 2 tbsp oil and heat it up. Then add in the diced sausages and sauté them for 2 minutes on medium high heat or until they are lightly browned.After that, add in the onion and garlic and continue sautéing for another 2 minutes.Lower the heat to medium and then add in the carrots and green beans. Stir fry them for 8-10 minutes or until the vegetables become soft.Now season the vegetable mix by adding in salt, black pepper, chili flakes and sugar. Mix it well.Using your spatula, push the vegetables to one side of the pan. Then add 3 eggs to the empty side.Scramble the eggs till they are fluffy and cooked, then mix them with the vegetables.Remove the rice plate from the refrigerator, and add it to the vegetables and eggs. Then add in light soy sauce and oyster sauce.Mix the rice, sauces, eggs, and the vegetables really well together, until they are evenly mixed in. Cook for 2-3 more minutes and then remove from heat.
