Chef Batta is a talented and passionate chef with years of experience across Asia and the Middle East. He completed a one-year professional culinary course at Asian International Hotel School, where he built a strong foundation in global cuisine.
Throughout his career, Chef Batta has worked in several prestigious hotels and resorts, including Medufushi Island Resort in the Maldives, Bateel Bakery & Café in Doha, Dubai Marina Mall Hotel, and top hotels in Sri Lanka such as Centara Beach Resort, Induruwa Beach Resort, Mövenpick Hotel, and Playtrix Sports Bar & Grill at Colombo City Centre.
With a deep passion for flavor and creativity, Chef Batta specializes in Chinese, Western, Asian, Indian, and Arabic cuisine, and is skilled in preparing a wide range of fresh salads and signature dishes.
