Flash Fermentation is a patented accelerated batch fermentation process through the use of a specific bioreactor and specially encapsulated yeasts to increase the biochemical kinetics. FlashBiotech Brasil is the sole holder of the rights to use this patent. Any commercial yeast can be encapsulated for use in this process, and any style of beer can be obtained.
Do I have to change everything in my brewery??
No, it is very likely that small changes in one of your conventional fermentors will be enough, and the addition of a FlashBiotech bioreactor will increase its production capacity up to ten times! We have a professional team to analyze case by case and find the best configuration for your needs!
